Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: August 2026

Thank you for selecting SheFaro Shipping ("Company", "we", "our", "us") as your logistics management platform. We are dedicated to providing seamless, transparent, and high-reliability courier aggregation services. This document outlines the legal policies governing wallet balance refunds, order cancellations, Return to Origin (RTO) processing, and shipment liability claims.

Processing Fee Deductions

Wallet refund requests are subject to gateway and administrative charges. Applicable banking fees will be deducted prior to credit.

Refund Settlement Window

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment source (Bank Account, UPI, or Card) within 7–10 business days.

Standard Delivery SLA

Domestic shipments carry an estimated timeline of 7–10 business days, subject to courier routes and regional accessibility.

1. Wallet Recharge & Refund Policy

SheFaro Shipping operates on a prepaid wallet model for automated shipping label generation. Users may top up their SheFaro Wallet through authorized payment gateways integrated into the platform.

2. Cancellation Policy

Shippers may cancel a booking order through the SheFaro portal subject to the operational status of the shipment:

3. Return Shipment & Delivery Terms

This policy works in tandem with the general SheFaro Master Terms & Conditions. All shipping timelines, operational holds, and returns are strictly governed under Section 10 of our Service Terms (https://shefaro.in/terms.php).

Standard Delivery Timelines: Pursuant to Section 10(D), domestic deliveries typically complete within 7–10 business days. Timelines are estimations and may fluctuate due to regional transit constraints, weather emergencies, national holidays, government restrictions, or operational exceptions outside SheFaro's direct control.

Operational Exception Holds: Shipments subjected to address verification, security screening, weight reconciliation disputes, or customer complaints may incur an extended hold of up to 3 additional business days.

Return to Origin (RTO): If delivery fails after multiple attempts, or is rejected by the consignee, the parcel is flagged for Return to Origin pursuant to Section 10(C). Reverse transit requires up to 10 additional business days to deliver back to the origin pickup hub. RTO charges may be applied based on your subscription slab.

4. Damaged & Lost Shipment Claims

In the event of physical damage, partial loss, or complete shipment misplacement during transit, claims are processed in strict accordance with the following section references:

Section 10(B) – Damage Claims

Outer packaging damage or internal breakage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery alongside clear unboxing video footage and photo evidence.

Section 10(C) – Missing & Lost Claims

Shipments undelivered and unreturned after 30 days from dispatch will undergo formal courier audit before being declared an officially lost shipment for insurance payout.

Maximum liability compensation for non-insured shipments is capped as specified in your agreement tier in Terms & Condition (https://shefaro.in/terms.php) 10 (B).

5. Policy Modifications

SheFaro Shipping reserves the right to amend, update, or rewrite any portion of this Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy at its sole discretion without prior explicit individual notice. Continued use of the SheFaro platform following modifications constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.
